Chaloupka pod lípou is located in the charming village of Malé Svatoňovice, an ideal place for a peaceful getaway as well as an active holiday. It's also a great starting point for discovering the beauty of Podkrkonoší (the Giant Mountains foothills).

Nature within reach

The area offers plenty of opportunities for walks, hikes, and cycling. Take a trip to the Adršpach–Teplice rock formation, to Grandmother's Valley, or climb Žaltman — the highest peak of the Jestřebí Mountains, offering a wide view over the whole region.

A town with soul and history

Malé Svatoňovice is best known as the birthplace of the famous writer and playwright Karel Čapek. Right on the town square you'll find the Čapek Brothers Museum, where you can explore not only an exhibition about their lives and work, but also original paintings by Josef Čapek.
